This page covers the three most common issues: where to go after purchase, why the access code did not arrive, and why the welcome page or library keeps redirecting.

Step 1

Open member access first

After purchase, do not open the member library directly. Start with the member access page and request a one-time code using your purchase email.

Step 2

Check inbox and spam

The access code email usually arrives within a few minutes. Make sure you entered the same email used during checkout and check your spam folder too.

Step 3

Then continue into welcome and library

Once verification succeeds, the system will let you continue into the welcome page and member library. Unauthenticated visits will redirect back to member access.

The 4 most common issues

1. “No active membership record found”

This usually means the email you entered does not match the email used during checkout, or the payment record has not synced yet. Double-check the email first, then try again a few minutes later.

2. Access code email failed to send

This usually means the mail delivery layer is temporarily unavailable. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, contact support and include your purchase email.

3. Access code is invalid or expired

Access codes expire quickly. The safest path is to request a fresh code, then paste the full 6-digit code again.

4. You are signed in but the page redirects back

Refresh once first. If the loop continues, sign out and request a fresh code. If it still fails, contact support with the time, browser, and purchase email.

Recommended troubleshooting order

  1. Make sure you are using the same email from your Pro purchase.
  2. Request a fresh access code and check inbox and spam.
  3. Return to the member access page and verify again.
  4. After verification, open the welcome page first, then the library.
  5. If the issue continues, save the error message, time, and email before contacting support.
