After purchase, do not open the member library directly. Start with the member access page and request a one-time code using your purchase email.

The access code email usually arrives within a few minutes. Make sure you entered the same email used during checkout and check your spam folder too.
Step 3
Once verification succeeds, the system will let you continue into the welcome page and member library. Unauthenticated visits will redirect back to member access.
This usually means the email you entered does not match the email used during checkout, or the payment record has not synced yet. Double-check the email first, then try again a few minutes later.
This usually means the mail delivery layer is temporarily unavailable. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, contact support and include your purchase email.
Access codes expire quickly. The safest path is to request a fresh code, then paste the full 6-digit code again.
Refresh once first. If the loop continues, sign out and request a fresh code. If it still fails, contact support with the time, browser, and purchase email.
