Step 1
Save the status-page link
After submission, keep the status-page link. It is the main entry for later progress checks, follow-up, and routing.
Consulting Help
This page covers the most common issues after submission: how to check status, what to do if the confirmation email never arrives, and when to go back to the calendar directly.
Step 1
After submission, keep the status-page link. It is the main entry for later progress checks, follow-up, and routing.
Step 2
Check inbox and spam first, then confirm the email used during submission. If you saved the status link, you can continue without waiting for email.
Step 3
If it becomes clear that you need a personal diagnosis or a team workshop, go back to the consulting page and use the calendar directly.
Confirm the token is complete and that you opened the correct link. If the record still cannot be found, go back and submit again, or contact site support with the email and submission time.
Replying to the confirmation email is the simplest path. If you do not have the email but still have the status link, you can also submit a more complete version and note that it is a follow-up.
If the need is mostly about self-serve learning, templates, and resource organization rather than outside diagnosis and rollout support, membership is usually the better next step.
